Is MagicSubmitter Ideal For Creating High Authority Web 2.0

Anyone still using MagicSubmitter to create high authority web 2.0 eg wordpress, tumblr etc? Is it worth investing in this software? Does the owner regularly update the software?

It's better to do manual! It brings more natural traffic.
