Hey everyone,
With so much short content around, do you think long form posts are starting to gain attention again?
Looking forward to the discussion.

From what I’m seeing, long-form content still performs really well for SEO and authority, especially in niches where depth matters. Short content is great for engagement and quick traffic, but detailed guides, tutorials, and evergreen posts tend to stick longer in rankings and generate more backlinks.

It really depends on your audience, if they’re looking for value and solutions, long-form usually wins.

It depends on your niche and audience. Long term content is better for search engine optimization and since you're giving your visitors extended value you can become an expert/authority easier. Short term content is mostly to generate some traffic and views fast on your blog/website.

Long form content is regaining traction because depth and genuine insight stand out more in a feed crowded with quick, surface level posts.

From what i've noticed long form has been out performing short form for a while. I could be wrong but i thought this is how it was.

People scroll fast, but they still stop for depth if it’s relevant

I think long posts nowadays are only suitable for a niche audience, not the majority; short posts and videos seem more appealing to the audience.
