I made an IG account with a remote android phone and thought about signing into it on my actual phone. Will this flag something?

Different device fingerprints (remote Android vs your real phone).
Different IP addresses or geolocation (especially if the remote Android is using a proxy/VPN).
Sudden login right after account creation = looks suspicious to IG.
And i think that was not a wise move

No, if you have no more than 2 accounts on your phone, you're safe. Instagram allows up to 5 accs per phone, but 3 acc is safer
It isn't an option to sign in a profile on multi phones, this can cause shadow ban on account if operating on different ip at same period, mobile ip are different which assure suspend of profile if operate at same moment.

Signing into your Instagram account from two devices is generally safe. Just avoid logging in from too many locations at once, as that might trigger a security check.

If the remote phone has a very different setup (IP, emulator, rooted, etc.) it increases the risk. Best to warm up the account slowly and avoid logging in from multiple environments too soon.
If you must switch, wait a few days and mimic natural usage patterns when signing in.
