The site seem very popular with an Alexa rank of 3,746

I haven't used them before though.

They pay $7.00 per 1000 clicks (and that is probably from the USA). However, they state the 1000 clicks on the front page of their website.

it is their candy to get some publishers

A site less than a year old with NO pr but 3700 Alexa was done the blackhat way.
