All social media but Google Plus have the no follow attribute. It won't make a difference

If you pay for the service, they make sure your links are crawled by SEs. This doesn't guarantee indexing.

Well, linklicious' purpose is to index the link through social media share and other means.

Although nofollow link does not pass any link juice, but it will help the link to get index in Google.

You can try Lindexed. I use them and they work pretty well beating Linklicious too

Not really on their own. I use a mix of a couple of private indexers, Lindexed and Linklicious, and a number of wikis, etc. — it works decently well.
