I’ve used LinkedIn for years to connect with B2B clients, but lately I’m questioning whether it’s still as effective.
Between message filters, AI auto-replies, and saturation, it’s getting tougher to get genuine responses.
Are you guys still generating quality leads from LinkedIn, or have you shifted to email, Discord, or other channels?

Depends on the product though,
A major issue now is the incessant bans

LinkedIn is still strong for B2B, but response rates are lower due to saturation. Best results come from mixed outreach LinkedIn + targeted email + community platforms like Slack/Discord for warm engagement.

Thanks for your own feedback

LinkedIn still works, but it’s definitely more saturated now. Personalized outreach and strong content still bring results, but cold DMs alone don’t convert like before. Many B2B marketers are mixing LinkedIn with email and community channels like Discord or Slack for better engagement.

In general yes it is the best platform for b2b outreach, but it also depends on your niche.

It's still our #1 for leads, but honestly, only after we switched things up. Now we focus on sharing useful content first, which brings people to us. Makes the follow up feel way more like a conversation than a cold call

yes LinkedIn is still one of the best platforms for B2B outreach in 2025 but it’s tougher now than before. you can’t just send mass messages and expect replies. you have to share useful content first so people know you, then send personalised connection requests and message them with a real value offer. if you depend only on automation or cheap leads you’ll struggle with filters and bans.

LK continues to have a fantastic professional user base - so ide say yes

LinkedIn’s tougher now, but still the best place for professional B2B targeting if you stay active.

I have been wondering the same thing. I have been using LinkedIn for outreach for a few months, but lately it feels much harder to get real conversations started.

You're definitely not alone in feeling that LinkedIn has gotten noisier and less responsive lately a lot of B2B marketers are saying the same thing.

Yes, LinkedIn still works for B2B, but combining it with email and niche communities (like Discord) often gives better responses now.

LinkedIn is great for building trust, not just cold outreach. I focus more on posting valuable content now.

LinkedIn feels less effective lately with so many filters and automated replies making it harder to connect so many marketers are shifting to email or private communities where real conversations still happen

Good call. In today's AI-driven world, authenticity and real problem-solving have faded. Basic sales still comes down to this: identify the pain point, offer a solution, and back it up with proof. You don't need to reveal everything. Just show the problem, the fix, and why it works. Hard to say no to that. Of course, a struggling economy doesn't make it any easier.
