Wondering how much it will boost my post impressions and profile views?
Does Career and Business differ much?

It wouldn't boost that much; if you make poor content, you will not get that much of the results.

You will be more professional and serious if you are doing outbound and inbound marketing obviously, but still, you would not get that much of the attention, if you are making some random stuff..

It will depends on the quality of your content and how often you use Linkedin to publish content
I understand publishing good high quality content regularly is the most important thing.
What do you think about "LinkedIn Career" vs "LinkedIn Business"?

Short answer is LinkedIn career is useless. Business premium and above plans are actually worth the money. However if you want to have a job then career plan would work..
Do you know by how much it boosts an account in regard to the LinkedIn algorithm, or does the profile just look more appealing when it's a premium profile?

It does boost the reach of your post. Additionally, you can access analytics to see who viewed it, allowing you to adjust your approach accordingly.

In my personal experience it is worth it. I always used it for more engagement with my profile.

Premium is worth it if you already see advantages on what it offers compared to what you plan to use it for. Personally, it's worth having but depending on your own case, the free might be enough so there's that to consider. Career vs Business, at least from reading on both, is mainly different with it's networking reach and other specifics like that.

If getting impressions and views is your objective, then use Linkedin Ads. The enhanced features in Linkedin Premium is more tailored for job seekers actually. If you have never ran Linkedin Ads in a Linkedin account, then create the billing part (add card) and then contact Linkedin support directly through Linkedin and request for an ad credit coupon code and in most cases they will give you or add for you an ad credit coupon code of US$50 / US$100 or it's equivalent in your local currency.

That's very interesting! How many impressions do you think can I get with say 100$ LinkedIn ads?

A blue check can boost credibility, leading to more impressions and profile views, but results vary. Business and career accounts may see more significant impact due to professional visibility.
