You need to enable certain option on ublock, and make sure you have ublock origin and not the regular ublock.

On ublock origin options > settings, check these

With those checked when I use that site, it skips most ads, very rarely it will redirect me to a full page which is ads related then all I have to do is hit the back button and click the download again to get to the file.

Honestly I don't even know when was the last time I had to view an ads using those services.

One thing to note is that it will redirect you a few times before you reach the file, around 4~7 times.
 
I turned Ublock off because i thought that was causing the last page error. but still no luck with or without Ublock
 
Can you send me the original link you wanted to download using those services?
 
I tried leechall but said i needed to be a VIP to use uploadgig. I have 21 rar files and i have 12 so far!

If you click on the link cgimaster posted above, it starts the download. The only issue that there seems to be a 1 GB per day download limit for that filehost, but i guess you can trick that by using your mobile phone, disconnecting/reconnecting to the mobile network (which gives you a new ip) or enabling/disabling airplane mode for half a minute and using incognito in Chrome. Or you can try proxies and incognito in Chrome.

I will try and change my IP :) thanks for your help honeybird and them other downloads you did for me :) lets hope it's not pwassword protected! :)
