I didn't mean the money will grow till your retirement, I mean the extra $100 that you saved will be useful. Just don't want the OP to waste money unneccessarily. Just my personal opinion.
 
I don't like that view on retiring. Don't save to retire, earn to retire.

And if spending money on a Jr VIP will help you earn more, then of course it is worth it.
