Is joomlancers a trusted site?

I have a freelancer that I want to pay him good amount of money on escrow. He is looking to get paid through joomlancers but I have never heard about it before. Anyone can guide me through the site and its pros and cons?

I did see the big G results but want to see if anyone tried it to let me know the hidden problems. Googling does not always show me what is behind the curtains

Some sites have problem in escrow
other problems in paying out
another is they are taking more fees
Some sites like paypal for example limit the account without a reason.

That's why I need your feedback
