Is joining a network really worth it?

English is my second language, but hopefully you'll understand. ^^

So like the title says, is it really that worth? I'm currently in one but i have not seen any "major" difference than rolling with adsense. other than they take the split off of the ad revenue. If i request to unlink and try to go with adsense, does that mean i will get the 100% of earnings then? (other than i know Youtube takes an pre-amount before the earnings, and then what's left are the money that's is splitted between you and the network if you have one).

So far, i was actually partnered with another "network" in the start, but they said to all their members that they had to change company because people didn't like the other. They are actually a sub-network under a real network, my only concerns are, am i getting robbed and what would happen if i go with adsense?. I see adsense as a direct payment through Youtube with zero earnings cut out by anyone.

TL;DR:
Should i unlink my channel and get paid through adsense? will that get me more earnings since my current network takes a split?

It can be worth, but it is not neceserally.
If i unlink would i get more money though since their split wouldn't be there? haven't feel any difference with the network when i was without at the start of my channel.
Does it affect my copyrighted content though? i have some copyrighted content but not strikes, they are on my channel but can't monetize them.

its worth it if you use traffic exchange - you get 100% banned if ur with adsense

Yes to avoid copyright strikes, especially with smaller channels or pretty much anyone with common knowledge can take your channel for fun if your not earning 1m+ views a month.
