Is "job offer" method dead ?

I posted 10 ads in jobs, got over 400 emails, responded with "we need to confirm your email adress bla bla bla", 140 clicks to CPA offer ==> 2 conversions only, means 2$ earned

Should I change CPA offer or this method is already dead ?

change the offer, if its an email submit they are shaving like crazy, and u need to try and find an offer that fits the campaign more

For one you are getting 40 leads per ad, that's good.

Two, you probably want to change your e-mail response a bit.

140 clicks out of 400 leads is okay, but you can work that.

However, what really sucks is your conversions.

The CL jobs method is saturated, so you will have to twist it and come up with your own style.
