I stopped botting half a year ago because i got blocked for doing 2 follows. Has botting/jarvee gotten better or is it still the same like half a year ago?

No, things aren't better. Botting still works but there are a lot more variables you need to account for now.
A lot of people have moved on to mass story voting and manual growth.
