Is Jarvee the only thing that will also handle content?

I currently use followliker and have had good resulst, but I guess it doesn't post content for you or allow you to manage it.

Is jarvee the only other thing that does? I currently run OS X and jarvee is only for windows, I was hoping there was another option. I know I could use a virtual machine or something like that but I'd rather not if I can help it.
