It's not about the software or code issue anymore. It's about your IP and if you look like an affiliate/another black hat marketeer.
You can see the checkpoints improving every day.
High-value accounts for ads like Google or Facebook can no longer survive fully without manual works, and I believe like others, some of the tasks have to be done manually for anti-aging.
Instagram, Twitter, etc are also going in the same security path to detect fakes
Regarding the IP and fingerprints
IP: You can't use VPNs, data center proxies. It's autodetected and flagged. You can use them for short terms.
Your options for safer IPs:
Mobile proxies: You can build them your own, buying DIY systems like Proxidize, buy 4G proxies from the proxy section on the BHW marketplace
Mobile RDPs to get different protocol than 4G proxies: Same as mobile proxies. You can DIY it or buy it.
I'm not a Jarvee expert, but you can add mobile proxies instead of the regular ones. I didn't see there any decent way for fingerprints like you get from the known anti detect browsers.
Bottom line:
If it looks like a bot = suspicious
If it looks like you are browsing with a mask =suspicious
If you let the checkpoint connect the dots between your accounts = suspicious
