Is James Martell a reliable source to follow?

Hardly see anyone talking about him here .. like to check with you all, probably you have experiences...

Is he a reliable source to follow up? i read his affiliate handbook, a bit dated but quite impressed .. but again i am new to IM, i can be wrong somehow
