Does using Bitcoin make you anonymous when using a Bitcoin Address?

When you delete your Bitcoin Address off of a Wallet is there any history of it lets say 12 months later?

bitcoin is not anonymous. the blockchain is sort of a ledger of all transactions, thats what makes you seen all the time. you would need mixer if you want not to be traced.
