my simple idea is to make a free porn based website
i signeed up to a few porn sites that allow me to download their videos and the idea is make a website bases on that other websites content and use it
and make money of the ads .

extabay dot come is a work in progess of what i am working on.

question is

if i host streaming videos on my site will my site get taken down for copyrights ?

is it better to have trailers of them on my site and just upload the full videos to rapidshare and have ppl download from them will my site sill be in any danger ?

If your going to use other peoples content I would go with

but it will be much easier to stream the videos with flash on my site since i have mostof the videos downloaded i can convert them to flash then just stream taht shit...

but unless 100% my site willg et shut down then its not worth it

making a website with download links to rapidshare isnt all that good lol

the thing is - your hoster has to find out. That will usually not happen because they have too many copyrighted stuff but I wouldn't say that it doesn't happen. If you're planning a big website with lots of content and movies - always make a backup of the posts + movies that you could move easily within one day work to another hoster.

I wouldn't say the rapidshare idea is not worth it. You just have to get a lot of traffic and returning users but then it could be pretty good. I'm trying it right now but haven't found a good start yet.

Thanks man took me forever to photoshop it.

the thing is people will want to go on my site ratherthen go on thebangbus site and pay 50$ a month. i can have all the videos on my site
i just dont know if should let people download them or just watch (stream) on my site
I think streaming will eb better it will keep them coming back
but like i said the hosting issue might be a problem espcially if its bangbus that finds out about my site and requests them to shut me down.

THE other problem most offshore hosts have bandwidth limit
that was was 5gig max limit.. that will only be good for maybe 20-30vid's...I have around 100 and building more.

I am with dreamhost now paying 20$/year with free domain.

wow didn't think you photoshoped the pic yourself ...
that would be a problem if bangbus is finding out, espcially if you post their whole collection. streaming would be better in this case but doesn't prevent you from a shut down. I think the idea about bangbus is pretty good, could interest a lot of horny guys, espcially full movies. Now you only have to think about the shut down / finding out by bangbus issue ...

ha didn't know that you took the picture from bangbus.com ;-) But still pretty good picture! I found a few sites providing free bangbus videos - mostly via streaming. but if you wanna make this big, bangbus will find out eventually. Does bangbus provide an affiliate network? Maybe you could provide short clips just to get them horny and then they will maybe sign up ...

What some vsha//re sites do(normally small site) is use the link(hot linking) the videos.The plus is there small and no one will care the minus is you piss off other web masters cause you steal their bandwidth.

I didn't look close enought to the sites I found, sorry. I did find free bangbus movies BUT they're just clips. They all show max. 5 minutes or so.

Your idea is creative but your setting yourself up to get smacked by bangbus if they ever find out that your handing out their shit for free.

Its a cool pic your using but to be honest.....I would ditch anything that refers to bangbus.

your basically saying "come to the free bangbus instead of the original one you have to pay for". What do you think bangus will do if they ever see that? If it was me I would retaliate like a motherfucker lawsuits and all because bootlegging is stealing and thats essentially what your doing.....bootlegging.

now if you want to go a more safer, cost efficient way, just embed vids from other adult tube sites on your porn site.

of course the internet is pretty big....they might not see it. At the very least cut all ties to bangbus. Do you think bootleggers reveal their source?
