Is it worth to simply sell domains

Hello,

I was curious if its worth it to buy specific domain names that may have a great niche and just sit on it without building a website around it? The reason I ask is because I have a bunch with great easy to remember, short URL's that are industry huge. Another question is (because I have 1 or 2) with the newer extensions like guru etc. Curious what these may be worth to a huge company. Thanks in advance.

Yeah you can sell it if it has good rankings, good traffic and quality content and with good On page methods surely you will get good money.
Because websites with good traffic is more important to take decisions to set as a money site.
So try to make the sites with good standards surely you will get the benefit.

You can try it if you find some good expried or expiring domains, but it's a long slow process. Most people who make money this way buy thousands of domains and occasionally sell one at a high price.
