It's not worth anything as it is. It's just a name. Anyone can come up with a catchy domain name. It doesn't give it value. If it did, we'd all just be registering domain names to sell. Unfortunately, this business ain't that easy. It takes a lot of work.
You could start a website, but it will be a very competitive niche to SEO, so you will likely need to get traffic from another source. You will at least learn a lot if you build and promote a site. Best of luck

Uhm you know there are domain worth $xxxxx only because of their catchy name right? the domain industry is huge even without a single developed site
op. i think is worth something like xx-xxx$ but it will be hard selling because of the .com availability
