Does anybody know if it worth putting keywords in the decription box on youtube? I realise that words in Tags come back in a search but does any words in the description come back in a search?
Is it worth putting keywords in Description?

YES! Put keywords in description.
This is what I do:
I buy a cheap .info domain related to the product at godaddy and
redirect it to my EPN link. I put it first in my description, followed by a few spaces and sth. like " CLICK HERE TO BUY CHEAP XXX".
Below it all, I paste some plr article from which I change the first and last sentences or just write sth myself if I feel like it. Finally, go to google, search your desired keywords, and try to post your vid as a video response to one of the results from the first two pages ( that is a youtube video, of curse).
