Would daily uploads help a new channel grow faster or just burn me out?

yes it is benefit to upload on channel daily if the niche got saturated content to expose, some niches require 2 days interval upload to examine/determine engagement.

If you maintain that consistency for ling time, youtube will reward you with good reach for sure. But most users give up in initial few months itself.

Posting daily on youtube is no longer that easy. I mean suppose you even make up mind for this, youtube is now so demanding in terms of video quality that your most time will be gone in shooting and editing the video.

I think rapid development does not depend on whether you post videos every day, but depends on the quality of the videos you post. If the quality of your videos is high and very popular, then even if you post a video once a month, there will be people visiting every day. I think if it were me, even if a platform pushed traffic to you and let me see the low-quality works you sent for the task every day, then I would click "not interested", and vice versa.

Daily uploads can boost growth early by feeding the algorithm more content
but only if you can maintain quality and consistency, it helps visibility and testing what works.
But burnout is real, so pace yourself
Try batching content or start with 3–4 uploads/week, focus on delivering value, not just quantity

Better to be consistent long-term than to quit from burnout

If you can create a high quality video everyday, yes, it worth it
If you take one week to create a good video, take your time and post once a week, no problem

As you can see - quality is what really matters

Daily uploads can help a new channel grow faster because they give the algorithm more chances to test your content and push it to new viewers — but only if you can keep quality high.

If posting every day starts making the videos rushed or less engaging, it’s better to slow down and focus on fewer, stronger uploads. Consistency matters, but so does keeping your energy and creativity intact

Yes, it can boost your chances of going viral since yt algorithm loves fresh content, but only if you can maintain solid quality. If your videos start looking rushed or repetitive, viewers (and the algorithm) will bail fast.

For most new creators, 2-3 high-effort videos per week is the sweet spot, enough to stay relevant without burning out.

Daily uploads can speed up growth if you can keep the quality high, but burning out will hurt more in the long run.
A consistent schedule you can stick to is usually better.
