Is it worth paying for Youtube views?

Hey, so I'm kinda new to the whole "buying youtube views" type thing and was just wondering if all the views that you buy are real? And for e.g. if you buy say 200,000-500,000 views for a video you just released, will it still make it on the home page of youtube and therefore get you even more proper views? I dont want to buy views and then have like 200,000 views on my video and 10 likes 0 dislikes and 20 comments, I want the video to go to actual viewers but just to a large enough extent that the video will make the homepage of Youtube and hopefully go viral, how much would something like this cost anyway?

Its defenitally worth buying views of course. But the have to be high quality/high retention. Also I prefer getting free sub's because sub's=views views=money.
