Is it worth living anymore?

Man I don't know if you did before but read this if you can:

It's @Billy Batts life story... helped me a lot to understand I'm not in the worst situation at all.

This.
You summed it up great.

The times we are in right now are especially NOT easy, Covid-19 put a dent in everyone's plans.

I honestly think that masturbating is great, don’t really understand what’s your issue with it ahaahah

bro all in all its just a feeling "within you", even success is a goddamn feeling. Just chemical stuff going on within you. watch sadhguru on youtube and "dont make assumption" based upon the information you have collected in your so far life.
Foremost thing, ur survival. just get that good food. Wait for the correct time. U r anyway insignificant in this world. Death or being alive is of no point anyway. Whats the point of going towards death when its gonna come to you anyway later on. Enjoy the drama, even a failure or being broke is a nice journey if you look at it in certain point of view. I have been there. I would not mind end up there again. All the survival drama that happens there. You can just laugh about it.
Hope it helps. Have big smile on your face, for now just go watch those small kids who are happy for no reason, be happy for no reason. Those kids are broke with food security and just joyful. Why cant you be. Ensure your survival is take care of for now.

You got a whole life ahead of you. Some people only made it big past 40 years old

First of all, please know that are you not alone! I’ve asked myself those questions as well and 7% of adults get a major depressive episode in a given year! I’ve been very depressed twice in my life, once at 17 and once at 39. If there’s one thing I learned, it’s that these feelings can go away and that life is worth living.

We all have those feelings from time to time and they usually go away. When they are persistent for many days, you have to start wondering why. Depression affects how you feel, think and behave and it’s impossible to determine why you feel like you are and to put a finger on the exact cause but please don’t get the illusion that getting money will make everything better. The 2nd time I felt depressed in my life, at 39 (which was recently), I was running a multimillion dollar business with 300 employees in the tourism industry (which I still am) and the company was doing great and was valued at several millions. And I was still depressed. I have a beautiful wife, 2 wonderful daughters and a lot of friends. And I was still depressed. Sometimes, you just can’t explain it. Now, with the coronavirus, there’s a good chance that I lost everything and that my company might go bankrupt but I’m still feeling great and optimist about the future.

Feeling shitty is not always logic! When our mind is clouded, we don’t see the potential in front of our eyes.

When you feel like you are, it’s obvious that you need to do something about it and not just let it slide.

Short term, you need to feel better about yourself. Everyone’s different, but what REALLY helped me when I wasn’t feeling good was 1) Exercise and 2) Meditation. I know it might sound silly but trust me, it really helps! And you have nothing to lose. Just start today. Go out running for 30 minutes everyday for the next 10 days and do a 10 minute meditation and you should see an improvement. After that, you’ll feel better so you’re not gonna want to stop.

Also, I would really recommend that you speak with your doctor. Depression can often times be caused by your brain chemistry, hormones and genetics. It’s really nothing to be ashamed about.

Long term, focus on a project, get motivated and start working. But keep it simple and FOCUS only on one project until you succeed.

And please remember to FOCUS on you first. I understand that your family situation might make it harder for you at the moment. But you won’t always be with them and you only have one life to live… make sure you’re living your own. Don’t waste your good years living someone else’s dreams.

I know it’s hard right now when you are caught in the middle of it but remember that there’s always sunshine after the rain!

Don’t hesitate to send me a direct message if you need someone to talk to.

Good luck!
