I'am new to the whole back linking world.
I was wondering if its worth paying someone on fiver to make some backlinks? or is my money going to be wasted?
Also are most quality backlinks made manually?

first of all I would suggest you look around a little to get to know what the basic SEO language is and what standard techniques are.

To your question: It is hard to answer your question directly. First of all there are different kinds of links - links directly to your site, often referred to as "money site" or to sites that link your sites, so-called tiers. For your money site links you want the highes quality possible, with link juice (d0f0llow), your lower tiers may be blasted by all the rest.
So I assume you only have your money site at the moment. Then, I would suggest to look out for gigs with maybe 10-20 d0f0llow links from (if possible niche-related) pages with page rank 2 or more.

Stufferizer has a good point. The best way to know if you are getting good service is to know what you should be getting. I would read up on backlinks and the various methods for getting a site to rank by building inbound links to it.

If you care about the long term viability of your website, I would be very careful who you let touch it, especially when it comes to linking. Inbound links are one of the most difficult things to undo if they are done improperly.

I would like to know as well. Would you ever buy some "white" hat seo in the buy/sell section of BHW?

Never use Fiver as a SEO tool. Right now google only rewards high quality backlinks and for 5% you won't get any quality at all.

I don't recommend you for buying any SEO Service in there. It will waste your money. In fiverr, Many SEO Services have no quality.

You should go with BHW - BST. There's a lot high quality service. Yeah, I know the prices are higher than fiverr but it really works like charm for your site.

AFAIK, only in BHW - BST that provide manual backlinks. (Some Providers in BHW - BST provide manually) I never see in fiverr.
