Is it worth it to sell domains on flippa?

I see OK domains selling for $1, and really really realllly bad domains selling for $50+
Anyone have any experience selling on flippa?

Is it basically luck of the draw, or is there a method to the madness?

i'd say it's worth it to BUY domains on flippa, especially if you can find a great domain that nobody is biting. auctions can only be reposted once or twice now i believe

otherwise i'd use flippa only for posturing for a private sale. i'd set the reserve price to something ridiculous and just use the results as reference for private sale negotiations

Thanks. It really sucks, I would like to tap into that customer base, but there is so much junk on there it is hard to get noticed and make it worth while.
When I have some crazy expensive domains to sell i'll probably hit them up like you said.
