best to carry on monitizing and developing any site you have a vision in imo
It's not worth selling on flippa because all anyone there cares about is SEO ranking or how much money it makes, which is stupid because when most buyers take over they are not able to maintain either.
Check startupmanufacturer.com and use that type of model to sell it. You may have better luck on ebay doing it this way.

don't sell yet, either try building up some more or try building traffic to it. both would be ideal.
