Is it using manual submitting those backlinks?

Hi there,

I just move to investigations and study on blackhat seo website, here is a newbie-style question:
Following is a part of list of good ranking website, is the hosting SEOer's manually submit the website one-by-one and really pay them one-by-one?
Or there is a way automatically create backlinks on those website?
Or actually part of the websites are the "link farm" or link network owned by someone or company?
I see the price to submit is about $6-$69, so wanted to know whether they are really pay for it.
There are over 3000 referring domains, if they are done manually, it costs a lot on both time and money....

Please advise.

Did you get that list from anywhere in particular? There are a number of services will submit your site to a few hundred AI/SaaS/startup-related directories for a fee, eg submitdirectories.com, aidirectories.cc, submitpro.ai.

Yes, the list comes from SEMRush, and thanks for your reply.
I looked into the list, some of them are "directory" and I've used some of them for the physical products, but for this AI site, I find there are a lot of them does not looklike a directory, but "tools AI site network", just like PBN, the differences are the PBN more bias to "blog", but these "affiliate networks" are the collection of AI tools, and some of them cannot be viewed by real visitors > will get 503 or other error code, but Goolgle or SEMRush tool can crawl and see them.

So I was wondering if we also wanted to use it and register our product, how to make it - other than spend $60 and register one by one (I don't believe those AI tools registered are really by spending)
