I am sorry for this thread but i am starting to wonder if some of the post that i am reading are really true? I mean i am reading about these guys that make $5000 a month with a single website and act like it is nothing o_O?

Maybe it is just me but i simply can't understand how they are doing it.. I have enough web experience (been making websites and coding for over 7 years by now) but its still such a incredible thought to me to even think that i could earn $50 a day o_O!

Am i feeling alone here or is anybody in the same boat?

Some people are probably bullshitting, but not everyone is. It's all about building volume......lots of traffic, lots of backlinks, lots of sites and feeder blogs. In the beginning if you're approaching things from just building one site it can seem impossible. Keep building my friend and the money will come! I'm making more now than at your average nice paying desk job and it's so nice to get things going and know I won't have to ever be a cubicle rat again.
 
I remember when i was a noob and i started a website, all was introduced by a friend and since he was earning i believed it could work, but i could not anticipate much from it. And then I struck cold, it was pure luck, if I would not been lucky, then i most probably would not be here and not be earning anymore :)

Just try, try, try also when you take up an idea, then gather all documentations, take notes, read and go to the end with the idea. Its so hard to finish one idea - I know. I used to take heaps of information, then go through with it, try and then if it wasnt working - trash it. But you have to try more and give some twists to it and it will work eventually :)
 
It's been said a million times. Determination and ACTION. I do not make much per day (yet) but I do make some. Some days it's only a buck, some days five bucks, and a few times it's been more. But that money for the most part is automated now. I will continue to add on and try things, if they stick I will find a way to automate it. No need to shoot for 50+ a day right away, shoot for 1$ a day and go from there.
 
here's an overview to you OP.

Yahoo claims that it has 800Million + visitors in its product line a month, this result to an astonishing 8 Billion page views/month.

But Yahoo only hits around 2% of the internet at it's entirety!!! Yahoo is a multi million earning entity.

So if you own or you are found in almost just 0.02% of the internet, then earning tens of thousands is not a far cry. remember there are billions of people in the internet.

you get my drift?

I am one of those that earns a modest 4 figure a month. and I am owning 0.0002% of the internet
 
Maybe they have a site with an affiliate program and those affiliates send them sales and make them cash. Maybe their billing system is recurring (in other words the customer gets billed every month until they cancel). Maybe.
 
amdoch - Yes it's very possible, i myself have had one of my sites make $3000+ a month before, but now it's down to $1.5k+ monthly. Now I'm getting fierce competition in my niche and I've been promoting clickbank product downloads like crazy on that one site. Right now I'm getting close to 13000 hits a day. So, work on getting your site massive traffic and the money will creep into your bank account steadily. :D
 
It's all the numbers. One working technique can make you millions, gather your pals, employees, whatever. Outsourcing rocks.
 
yes i believe it is very possible also I know it can seem impossible to people that never made this kind of money but i feel like if you know what you doing the sky is the limit i think a good principle to follow is learn all you can and take action cheers
