Is it true Youtube API doesn't track IP's when goign thru 3rd party software?

    Total utter bullshit. YouTube API allows proxies (if you knew how to do it), and they do track your IP too when going through their API, but they won't ban you though. (Because they have set limits on the API requests, which will be legit whether you bot or not. But of course if you upload adult material through the API, you get banned.)
