Hi,

I intended to buy:

delllaptopsindia.com

Is it a trademark domain? Will I have problem with that?

Thanks for you input. :)

Shit. So we cannot use the Dell in the domain name. It's ridiculous. :D

I think you wont have any problem with a site with title like "Della P. tops India". Unless you use the domain for anything related to electronics you shouldn't have any problems.

You could fly under the radar screen with no problem. Hell, I got a web site with iPad in the middle of it and never had an issue. Of course if you fly too high the dreaded C&D could be in your future. Depending on how you use the site the risk could be minimal.

Don't bother with that, I suggest. You will have problem when your site is bigger. So it's better to forget it now.

So I guess the same would be true if you use "Disney" or any other similar trademark or brand name like "Nike" in your Domain Name. So long story short it's best to avoid domain names with these in them, is this correct??
