I really wished I was more focused seeing the prices now lol. I used to be so engaged in this with the hopes of being a daily trader but ever since my trade went down in the mid 2023 it stopped making sense to me as my stop loss were cut at an insane rate(was going long at the time and prices went down crazily at the time). But ironically that was the best time to buy (it was at 25K at that time). Anyway I didn't lose much but I just did not understand how it worked anymore at the time but now it skyrocketed to 120k lol..

I don’t think it’s ever truly too late for something with a limited supply like Bitcoin. Sure, the price fluctuates, sometimes violently. But over the long term, scarcity tends to drive value. It’s easy to feel like you missed the boat when looking at past prices, but as adoption grows and supply stays fixed, there’s always long-term potential. The key is understanding what you’re investing in and having a strategy that fits your risk tolerance, not chasing every peak or panicking at every dip.

It's not too late for crypto, but Bitcoin's massive market cap of $2 trillion makes doubling unlikely. Life-changing money now lies with some new cutting edge coins that most of us are going to miss anyways. For Bitcoin, buying dips and holding during corrections remains a sensible strategy for a decent profit.

It's late for BTC
Not sooo late for ETH
And definitely not late for altcoins

Gonna remind you of that quote in a year, or two :D.

Bitcoin halving is 2028 btw.

"Too late". Hahaha. People. :D

That's honestly what happened to 70+% of amateur traders.

Buy the fear, sell the hype.

feel free to do so, I will be selling and buying again during the bear market to maximize profits

or do you think it will cost $120k now, $250k next year, $400k in 2028 and $800k in 2030, no dips anymore? no bear markets anymore?

not the top yet, but buying today will give you what? 2X ? I'm buying alts for now, buying BTC again next year

That's actually not impossible.

Eventually if govs will still be invested in crypto, the price will keep going up, not in a straight up candle obviously.

But over the years, as usual, a pump, a dip, a pump, and repeat.

you answered yourself
as usual, a pump, a dip, a pump, and repeat

even with govs and huge corporations investing on it, they also like volatility to increase their profits, bear market is part of the game, they are very likely behind this huge market manipulation, they surpressed the prices for months

they will earn much more if they make the prices go to $250k, sell and then push it back to $80k to buy again and move it to $400k (just random examples, not saying those exact numbers will be reality) comparing to just holding an asset that just goes up without any dips (a myth)

BTC has generally outperformed altcoins in the past years. It's probably one of the worse coins for practical use due to transactions cost, but it's name brand makes it attractive for the general population. I think of it more as gold now.

Crypto is highly correlated so I'm not sure how I would diversify in the crypto space, aside from diversifying with other non-crypto assets.

Just wait until you see a post from somebody saying it will go down "even further". Then buy. A lot.
Facts lol, doing the reverse of what everyone says is usually the right play.

Personally I feel like if you’ve got a long enough time horizon doing a steady DCA in BTC can’t really go wrong. It probably won’t do a 100x anymore, but there’s definitely a good amount of ROI to be made.

Bitcoin will overtake market cap of gold mark my words. When it does, it will be 1 million usd per coin. So you’re not too early.

But in fact it’s never really changed - you can always buy it, it will always go up in value, BUT, what puts most people off is that it could easily drop 30-40% in value and truly we never know when this might happen.

So whenever you buy it, you have to be prepared to hold it for at least 4 years (to cover gettting in at bad luck timing and having to wait until next bull market).

Yeah, I have the same issue, I bought crypto on/off for 15+ years and always panicking once it goes red. Finally, last year I decided to just DCA forever and never sell anymore and now tell my wife, that's gonna be our retirement money in 40 years :D

Anyway. Don't forget it works also in the other way. At the first race of Bitcoin to 20k, it was going up by couple k's every day and I decided to sell it at like 3k and next day it was 8k :D. You, as player without cards can't just time the game. For us peasants, just holding and never selling is the best thing.

Peasants like me can't time the market and win against Blackrock and the like so our best bet is to just hold and sit it out. I can't time the market like you crystal ball experts!

I just buy (DCA) and never sell (well, maybe in 10-20 years or so).

Reminds me of the btc-e chat, always like, "bro, just buy at the bottom and sell at the top - it's so easy"; minimum 10x per day. :D

Not too late mate but make sure to spread out your purchasing over the course of a few years and get ready to take a hit in the short term.

It's late for BTC ? no , I m total sure no

BTC is for storing your wealth (similar to GOLD in a sense) , even if it is 10$, store anything you can every month.
Just buy and HOLD BTC, so simple.

If the price of BTC goes down, you must PARTY, and buy more !
Top Secret never sell your BTC.

How do I use it ... then ? You can take a loan as collateral for your BTC , The rich do that, pay the loan on time, never touch your BTC.

Just DO IT, thank me later.
