Is it too good to be true?

I just found a keyword that has 5,000+ searches a month, a $16 CPC and that has an exact match .com domain available. I then googled it and found that my competition is pretty awful, and most of it is only slightly relevant to the keyword. Is this too god to be true?

Got to be worth a go;)

Enter it and try it out first, then it might be too good to be true.

Yes its good to be to true. I had a keyword one year ago with 120$ CPC and EMD :)

Is it "workouts for teens"?

lol nope. but i do have that domain haha. This one is a __________walkthrough.com and some dude has a blogspot blog that is half finished with about 500 words of content and it ranks in the top 5 for it. So I doubt it'll be too hard to rank. I already made $10+ on a crappy triond article for the same game.

It IS too good to be true. Now, spill it, what is it? :D

nice try :P

For anyone paying attention to this thread I just emailed my cousin who said he'd get me any domain I needed. (I'm only 15)
Hopefully this site will be more successful than workouts for teens and I can pay him back in google adsense earnings. Wish me luck!

Good luck, I've had a few like this until I realized I forgot to check 'exact' match while keyword searching.

You mentioned that it was for a game? Wouldn't that mean you infringing on a trademark? Just curious...

well thanks to everyone who helped me out here. I really need to figure out Google Adsense. Two websites, 3 months, 2 dollars. Maybe I'll try a method on here

Haha, no worries everyone has done that once man.

Also remember if there isn't any competition in Adwords Keyword Tool then it will hardly hit you with those CPCs

I have 2 sites and have yet to make anything... They are both sitting on the front page, 7-10 spot.... Does it have to do with my keyword, or do I just need to buy higher in Rankings?
