Where to begin... Well I got started with 20kb of BASIC close to 40 years ago!

Since then I've been working in media tech of all sorts, from Pagemaker in the nineties via Drupal and webdevelopment since around 2005.

I guess I can call me a small scale entrepreneur, although 2020 wiped the couple of companies I had running, due to meatspace shutting down.

The past 2-3 years since then I've been doing some crypto stuff, as well as exploring in detail this horrible, digital cage that has been built around us all...

Currently I'm living in Thailand, which I hope to turn into a real advantage. Norway is the name of the mafia that thinks it owns me, so I might do something in that market combined with Sweden.

My thinking around strategies for the coming years is to keep things as grey hat as possible, never giving in but also staying out of the BIG trouble :-)

Although I can install, tweak and service most things Linux I probably won't build advanced things from scratch, but if the right idea comes along then who knows?

Hopefully I can build my next venture(s) while spending a lot time here, this time around it has to be more resilient than ever... That being said I'm OK with mixing in some meatspace activities, but cannot depend on that when I can't know where I might have to relocate to ++

That should be about it for now!

Well that is the thing, reality itself has gotten so much more complex & intervoven...

Some of my previous fields of expertise are done for with AI, like content and to a certain degree visual content. I do play around with these things a lot to just keep up, but its scary to see the pace at which it is transforming anything online really.

My previous setup was one B2B video/photography agency that did OK-ish combined with a webdev co-op which was less dependent on meatspace.

Whatever I do from now I need to be 100% independent and also effective when it comes to the SEO and social media game, if I had pushed that harder the past years I would have been able to pivot with what I had.

As for ideas at least a dozen run through my mind each day haha, so where to begin... ;-)

These are the ones I've decided to build whatever comes, although that doesn't mean they'll be on the top of my list if something earning better comes around:
  • A digital agency that I can build towards my home market(s) and existing contacts, hopefully in collaboration with devs or service providers
    • This will likely include social media management on my part, including all relevant tools & tricks.
    • I might also want to set up an internal business networking component of this, based on the rather intense meatspace networking we did for the agency, but online for the main part. It all depends on the potential I see both in my home markets as well as providers. Would be happy to do intermediation only if that is possible, there is a lot of money sloshing around up North!
  • One or two online coaching channels with sites, personal projects where I will learn to build traffic regardless of what else happens
  • A few possible ideas for sites locally, like CBD oils and organic food in Bangkok, possibly also something around motoring
  • Selling grey/black hat tailored products and services using Monero, curated and teaching noobs how to navigate & use these tools. I'm done with all the shitty rules, regulations and general insanity of totalitarian meatspace haha, fighting the Beast Machine is important!
Sorry that I can't be more specific, one of the reasons is that building while researching and connecting here and other places is the stage I'm at. Will happily pivot into almost anything that starts paying for my cheap, Asian food and motorbike parts :-)
