I'm planning to start a new ecommerce
The niche is about dog toys and more
What do you guys think?
is it too saturated?
would you buy from another website instead of Amazon?
I really can't afford to waste time & money because I have financial problems
let me know your thoughts

thanks

Hey buddy. To be honest no one will share their niche here. People try to hide what works for them (logically). Maybe ggive it a try, investing slow at first and see where it gets you.

Good luck with that!

thanks for the advice
i'll see what i can do
but be honest, would you buy from another website instead of amazon?

I probably wouldn't go to amazon for do toys, but I'm sure some people will. I don't honk it would be over saturated but it would be slightly saturated. You could pull it off if you have knowledge about what you are doing

If you can get good dog toys supplier with competitive prices, I think it is also a good idea.

They get saturated because of a reason. and that reason is potential in that niche. The more saturated mean more ways to make money in that. but if you are not experienced and dont have enough money to compete with those guy, its better to start with some easy niche

I thought pet toys was an easy niche?

I believe that any niche you feel is too saturated, will be too saturated for you to get into. It's not until you remove your veil, that you'll be able to see the opportunity.

is this your first time in e commerce?
it doesnt matter imo. can do any niche. just put in the effort to get a site up and get traffic.
you'll find out yourself if it is saturated or not. through trial and error. and if it is saturated, there's 1000 other niches to chose from. you will have already laid out the groundwork to make branching into other niches very easy.

This is my second ecommerce
but i did build like 5 stores for other clients until now
I guess i'll try
i just hope i don't lose alot of money :s

Be careful about "dont waste time + financial problems" because if you are been biased by the need you have to "sucess" you might be loosing a bunch on the analytical part because of the NEED of "working out" take your time to research and make sure your plan is sound and you will increase your chance of finding sucess.
