Previously my profile has been disabled and it requested me to upload my ID which I did. It has been 7 days since I submitted my ID, and this is still giving me this.
Does FB go short in hands or my account is gone?

It took me 1+ months to get my Instagram account unblocked. They blocked it because they didn't like my email address or something. I applied to restore it every week for several weeks and eventually I prevailed.

Sounds awful bro. But my point is that they have said: "We received your information" like 7 days ago. Why no action afterward.
Does it happen to you?
 
Yea or me it was several weeks between the first 'received your unformation' and the day when my acc got finally unblocked.

Your social account got a checkpoint. You might need to check your email for a reply. A whole week is too long for this. Usually 24-48 hours
