Is it still a good idea to start an OFM agency in 2025?

I just got my first model for OFM but having some doubts about getting fully into it. I did some research about it and created a start strategy for it but somewhere i feel i am a late comer in this field and having second thoughts about it.

what do you suggest?

It's not about getting in late, I personally think it's a business model that will always prosper. I think it's all about using the right methods for promoting your models/agency and not being late with finding out about them.
 
Yeah makes sense. I have decided to start with one social media platform first (reddit in my case) and then expanding to others.
 
It’s definitely a good idea, it simply comes down to trial and error until you are able to get results then scale.

It’s an evergreen industry with an insane amount of earning potential.

Nothing wrong in thinking that.Competition now is way bigger and the game more difficult than a year before
Everything of course also depends on your skills and budget.
 
You need someone to guide you . This should be discussed with someone who is doing it currently or has done it successfully in recent past. Because only he has the information to guide you properly because he knows the limitations and secrets of this business.

I have used reddit for marketing products in this category but its my first time starting OFM. So I am currently researching to get to understand this market and of course i am open to all the information that i can get.

I honestly think that this is still a good business model. It's really just putting the time and effort into it to grow and make it prosper. OnlyFans is still in very high demand as far as I can see.
 
Go ahead, OF wont die in the near future and theres lots of money to be made there !

Stick to what works for you, dont spread on 10 platforms at a time, master one traffic source before jumping on another.

Take care of your resources and take everything this guys in OFM niche say with a grain of salt, lot of them talking without anything to back em up !

Yes that's why i am starting with the source that i already have some experience in.

Got a problem though, the model i found seemed pretty enthusiastic and dedicated during the interview but now she is being really lazy and not making promotional content in time. There are lots of delays between conversation which is really annoying. So i think i might have to get back to step one and start looking for a model again.
 
If you know what you are doing it can be definitely profitable, do your own research about all you need to do in order to start this business model, I don't see a problem in the short or medium term, in a recession scenario, even casino, sporting bets or crypto would be affected

If your model is close enough to you just ask her for a weekend once 2 weeks.
3 days once 2 weeks for content, multiple locations, multiple costumes, multiple scenes, 100s of photos and 10s of videos.

This will get you more than enough content to choose from and also makes model happy as she doesnt need to get pics / vids done daily, saves lots of time and also money on both parts.

Its a win / win situation and this way the only content she needs to provide will be custom requests ( if you even sell that ).

Outreached a few models through instagram and have scheduled interviews for two of them tomorrow. Lets see how it goes. Creating the promotional system for reddit through anti detect and account farming in parallel. I want to master a single platform before expanding to others.

Sure thanks just sent a PM and yes i am trying the similar approach this time to make it seem more easier on their end. I am thinking about creating a structured document to mention the working schedule and rules for it.


and is it better to have a model with existing OF or not? and if yes then should i keep her account all to myself. How should i make it work with her?
 
It doesnt really matter but if model didnt had a OF account prior to working with you, register her under your refferal link so youll earn a % extra.

OF pays a % from what they keep from models if they register through your aff link.
