Is it safe?

Hello,
I have a german streaming site, that gets 10k views per day. The main server is located in luxembourg (buyvm).
The traffic is going over a vpn in bermuda, barbados, montserrat and cap verde (vpns provided by the local internet provider)
My question is, is the site safe?
I'm not 100% sure, but i heared buyvm ignores dmca.
The domain is a .pw, .vg and .pm domain.

Before you get busted by the FBI, I'm sure you'll get enough warnings to shut down your site

Wow, that's sure a lot of work. The question should be how long till your site gets busted?
Probably that will take years to happen especially with that kind of set up, but be extra cautious.
