is it safe ?

is it safe to register another paypal account on the same IP address on which in another account i got that "security measures" screen which wants me to enter my credit card number which i don't have for a long time because i bought a vcc, and later that day i got an email which said i am limited until they hear something from me.

I'm using 2 PP accounts from the same IP and browser and it works fine. One of them accounts is connected to my credit card, the other one isn't and is somehow limited (year turnover or something)

I would strongly not recommend it, I'm pretty sure they would catch onto it.

Why not just buy a proxy, you can find one for $1-$5, why risk it?
