Is it safe when make a clone page ?

I have Inst acc with FL bot. Posting 2-3 pictures/day.
I got pictures/videos form a instagram page (acc), and post it (change the order - kept author - use the same content).
After 100 day , i intend to change to another instagram page (acc) and clone it.
Does it safe ?
Is posting 2-3 pictures/day good ?

It's safe if you use a domain hosting and premium, not blogspot

What's the point of this?

You want to grow an account then change it to another account?
Why? You lose all interest from previous followers and that's just like starting over again...
