I've found that my isp changes my ip address every time I reboot my router. Also the city in which I am changes.
So, to manage multiple youtube accounts I just reboot my router, clear firefox and flash data.
Is this safe or will they still track me?

Yes safe.As long as you keep firefox clean. You are already intelligent!:)

what about Chrome if its cleaned with cc cleaner, is that also safe?

I do this in my country and it work great. My ISP dont even change my city, only the IP but with clear cookies everything is fine.

I use both Chrome and Firefox. Chrome for better surf experience, Firefox for privacy and all my blackhat stuff which is none of G's business.

Ok, thanks everybody for the clarifications.

I use 3 browsers, IE as my main account for normal stuff and I don't clear cookies that much so I can always be logged into my favorite sites plus can check adsense, affiliate networks etc. I have always used FF as my browser when I wanted to do anything that I did not want to be connected with me. Lately I started using chrome just to have an extra option for logins and making gmail, yt, yahoo accounts etc. But yeah I guess I need to be careful with chrome, even cleaning it before I use it I'm sure Google has it;s dirty fingers sniffing around some how with it.
