i want to use gsa ser to get ranked and get more backlinks my domaine is from 2022 and i start seo this year in january is it safe to use the gsa ser ?

Using GSA SER can be risky, especially for a relatively new domain, as it might trigger penalties if overused or misconfigured it's safer to focus on quality backlinks and ignore excessive automation.

GSA SER can be a powerful tool for building backlinks, but it definitely comes with some risks. If you're new to SEO, it might be safer to start with more manual methods or white-hat strategies to avoid any penalties from search engines. Just make sure to use it wisely and keep an eye on the quality of the links you’re generating.

If configured incorrectly, it can damage your website and lead to Google penalties. I recommend using the right strategy and focusing on quality sites

Yeah, don't point gsa directly to your site. Use it to power up yout tier 2 tier 3 links.

GSA is perfectly fine.
i actually just finished a project the other day for a full backlink breakdown for a company
*note: i cant release the company names or niche as theyre 100+million dollar companies, but doesnt reflect my findings*
ill break it down into a much simpler version though(because my main one is about 20+ pages)
BL = backlinks - DF = Do-Follow - AS = Authority Score - LW = Linking Websites - TX = Toxic amount

backlinksDo-FollowASLinking WebsitesToxic amount %
Company 15M69%6710K52%
Company 2500K93%542K26%
Company 360K86%487K36%
Company 430K76%603K4%

Theyre the main stats.
now i removed the toxic % and broke it down even further
then i removed the no-follow backlink amount
then i broke down % per link
Company 4 has the best % per BL (statistically)

I then scraped all the top AS/Lowest toxic score from each company.
all these companies, who make millions upon millions of dollars per year... they F all decent backlinks
what i uncovered was
Company 1: ~300 above 40 AS BL - mainly have paid BL - eg. fivver backlinks - alot of GSA type BL - gone for any country backlink as long as high AS
Company 2: ~80 above 40 AS BL - spent alot on paid premium BL - also rerouted through subdomains
Company 3: ~40 above 40 AS BL - GSA spammed type BL - looked like they had a proper GSA setup by the DF
Company 4: 150 above 40 AS BL - very little GSA spam and very little paid premium BL - more news related BL

i wont go into further findings, but:
Overall, company 4 has the highest probability of growing above the other companies.
each company there has a way of growth

2 notable reads too about spammy backlinks:

obviously, if ur website is new, you may want to high low TX to begin with, but i hope this helps understand abit of the process.

I have been using GSA Search Engine Ranker and Ranker X for decades, and I officially came to Black Hat World because I got kicked off my local SEO forum and the SEO subreddit for talking about and helping others with link automation.

GSA Search Engine Ranker, or any other tool like it (SEO Neo, Autopilot, Ranker X, even Xrumer AI), works great as long as you set it up correctly.

I personally use only GSA SER for most of my projects. However, if the primary keyword gets stuck, I may interlink my other similar websites (not PBNs), which also build their backlink profiles mostly using GSA SER.

Use good content, a good link list, create solid campaigns, and fill all the data fields in the software with quality, sensible data, and you’ll be good to go.

If you're new, just use GSA SER for the second tier. For tier 1, create an FB fan page, Reddit, etc. (It doesn’t matter if they are no-follow, as we can pass the link juice from the second tier).

Use GSA Search Engine Ranker for new websites. I’ve been working on a few niches, building autoblogs, single-page websites, and other properties on a monthly basis. I mean, I build at least five websites per month, and every single project’s link building is handled by GSA SER. If the keyword gets stuck in the top 5 after six months, then I’d consider making other changes. I don’t want to spend much time on that. I prefer link building.

So yes, you can use it with your money site, no issues. Just make sure to choose the right engines and uncheck all the garbage. Load up GSA SER with good, high-quality stuff like clean emails, a solid captcha setup, and a high-quality verified list (don’t fall for auto-approve link lists). Instead, grab a high-quality service. Spend some credits on OpenRouter or Open API and get GPT to write your content for GSA campaigns.

This is how a two tier / Money site campaign. This has been running for three months and the main keyword monthly search 15K and most traffic coming from itself and lot of long term keywords which i loaded with GSA. Indexing is bit slower than it used to be with Google. So i duplicate second tier for more intense. (No kitchen sink junks just high quality engines like articles, forums ,social networks etc)

The site is 3 months or 4 months old and as you've seen i am building directly to the site

Very same story!! Would like to know your birth year. Me is 1985 and started seo, Remember WSO software? :D

Of course, GSA SER is a very powerful, up to date tool. Like @JaT7 said, use good data with the campaign. If you put in good stuff, the outcome will be good...simple as that. It’s just an automated tool.

If someone says it’s not working or it’s risky, that’s not because GSA SER itself isn’t working. It’s because they either don’t know a working strategy to dominate Google, or they know the strategy but don’t know how to use the tool. GSA SER is just a tool that automates link building.

Like many say here, you can use GSA SER very safely. Just load it up with good data, like the guy above suggested.

yep, if you dont know what youre doing, practise with some throwaway sites. this is how you learn what works and what doesnt. if you expect just to point an automated link builder to your site, press a button and see rankings, youre crazy. the naysayers have probably spent zero time experimenting and are just parroting what the youtube influencers they follow say

Which engine did you build with GSA?
I don’t get up to 6k unique with only social network and article engine.

If it is your long term project, you can use it for tier 2 & 3 backlinks.

You need a good setup, then GSA SER is a perfect tool. For all tiers.
