Using dedicated proxies would it be viable to run 3 accs at the same time 24/7?

It all depends how many actions your performing on those accounts on the same proxy - I believe

I don't think it's not allowed to own multiple Instagram accounts. However, it depends on the activities you do on those accounts. You might be tagged as spam.

dude you definitely are allowed to own multiple IG accounts, hell Ig encourages it by allowing you to be logged in on 5 accounts at once on your phone.

Not so safe anymore since IG is cracking down on proxies. It depends on lots of factors like no of actions etc etc but IG knows that you are using proxies so better be safe than sorry. On residential IP you can run 5 accounts with max settings and you won't be flagged
