Is it safe to tag bigger accounts in posts.

So I am doing my first journey with Instagram and today I got tagged in a random post. I took a look at it of course and discovered that he has mostly tagged about 10 big accounts in my niche and also me. Seems like it works well for him, he does it in a lot of posts and has a lot of likes if you compare it to his follower count.

So did some searching and discovered, that it is a pretty good way of getting more exposure, but I didn`t find any recent posts about it and have a question for somebody who has some more experience with this.

How safe is it to do this, what is the safe amount of accounts to tag with this to not get the account restricted/banned? Also how often should you do this?

I've been action blocked from tagging on my theme accounts, but strangely enough I was about to tag blue chip companies like Nike, but not a smaller influencer. The block lasted 24 hours exactly.

It can give a nice push to your post, many niche pages indeed do ask to be tagged in order to be featured in their page. Just do not overdo it on every single post or tag the same pages all the time.
