IS it safe to register domains for other

I have started a new gig on fiverr where i register a .com domain name and than transfer it to customer godaddy account..is it leagly safe or i ll get trouble sooner or later if the new registrar miss use domain for something wrong stuff

You transfer it to their personal account, this will change the domainregister information/whois with your customers data. From that point, he is responsible for everything that happens to the domain.

If you push it to another GoDaddy account and they misuse it after the push, I don't see why they'd get pissed at you. Not sure if it's allowed in their TOS to resell their domains like that though, but that's a whole different issue.
