Is it safe to put hashtags in comments?

All this talk about putting hashtags in comments causing shadowban has scared me into only using them in the main post. Is it safe to put them in comments? I use 10 tags max

Its safe, i always use 20+ hashtags in comment.

You can add them to the bottom of the page of any comment .

A hashtag is only a character with a hash , it just loads of major websites are using them for indexing purpose , but can be placed anywere you want them to go, but if it effects the html code you need to use specail numbers to repesent the hashtag when coding ,

Some websites will provide hashtags with there own hash box....

The only time a hashtag wont be allowed is when your prompt with a website error message.
