Is it safe to have continuous logins from two different IPs (in different countries)?

Proxy question. Is it safe to have logins from two separate IPs?

I'm hiring a freelancer to outsource my Pinterest workflow and they don't want to use my proxy. They keep assuring it's fine to have multiple logins from two separate IP addresses. This doesn't sound right to me. We're in different countries (he's halfway across the globe). Am I missing something or do I have a wack freelance contractor advising me to do risky things?
