Yes you can make a lot of money and yes, you can lose all of your money. It all depends on who you copy. Beware even experienced traders can lose everything. Invest only what you are ready to lose.

Chose 3-5 top traders and write their open positions in a document from docs.google.com , in a week you will have the best answer.

Well.. not everything because you manage the risk but it is not a nice feeling when it appears some consecutive crashes as it was BTC last week (or two weeks ago), I ended up like this:
P.S. - this is at the moment but it was almost $10k

Yes, you can, if you are willing to backtest every strategy you find. but if you are going to just try it with real money, it's like betting on something you've heard of.
