Why wouldn't it be safe? Many people accept this award to stuff related to such things.

Why would it be? I'd assume the black hat methods that you've used to get you to 100k are most likely against their TOS, but it's not against the law as far as I know

Well would they look at my account and be like omg or do they just send it out? . I know alot of times there is a hand signature from a ceo of youtube included with the reward. Anyone have any personal experience in actually getting one?
