Is it safe ? (advice needed)

Hi.
My acc got banned recently but I have dled followers list(370k+) from this account. I want to use to bring atleast some of those followers back to my new account. I found a guy(he will use bots ofcuz to do it very very quick) who will mass dm followers of disabled acc from random accounts with something like "hey you were my follower here is my new acc bla bla Bla". Is it safe for my new account (my account won't dm anyone) ? Are there any chances to get banned for spam or something like this ?

It should be safe as long as you don't do nothing on your main account.

Sure I will. I know that it won't be very high but our account is a blogger account so I hope to get at least loyal audience back
